Is Obama Playing The Race Card?

At a Washington fundraiser Monday night, President Obama subtly played the race card, suggesting that Republican presidential candidates would deny people opportunity based on the color of their skin.
Here’s what the president said during the event before what a press pool reporter described as “an enthusiastic crowd of young supporters in ballroom of Capital Hilton Hotel.
“Everything we fought for during the last election is at stake in this election. The very core of what this country stands for is on the line — the basic promise that no matter what you look like, no matter where you come from, this is a place where you could make it if you try. The notion that we’re all in this together, that we look out for one another — that’s at stake in this election. Don’t take my word for it. Watch some of these debates that have been going on up in New Hampshire.”
The phrase “no matter what you look like” is a clear reference to race. Obama is indicating that if he loses the election, opportunity for those who are a certain color or ethnicity will be denied. He completes the thought by pointing to the debates in New Hampshire, associating the Republican candidates with the possibility of racial or ethnic discrimination.
This is not the first time Obama has used such a formulation. In remarks Oct. 12 to a group of Latinos, Obama said:
“I believe America should be a place where you can always make it if you try; a place where every child, no matter what they look like, where they come from, should have a chance to succeed . . . I still believe in that America. I believe we can be that America again”.
The implication here is that under George W. Bush, America became less of a place where one could make it “no matter what they look like.”
Michelle Obama, during an October fundraiser, also suggested Republican victory would lead to discrimination.
“Will we be a country where opportunity is limited to just the few at the top? Or will we give every child — every child — a chance to succeed, no matter where she’s from, or what she looks like, or how much money her parents are? Who are we? That’s what’s at stake here”.
Obama’s comments Monday night are the latest sign that race, which Obama – much to his credit – and others were successful in minimizing as an issue in 2008, will become an unfortunate part of the 2012 campaign.
Some, including the Wall Street Journal, have accused Attorney General Eric Holder of practicing racial politics by attacking state voter ID laws as harmful to minorities. New York Times editorial page editor Andrew Rosenthal last week ascribed racial motivations to political attacks by Republicans against Obama. Rosenthal and others have suggested that Republican candidates are sinisterly using code words for race in their remarks.

Everyone speaks of “unity” and “equality” but, very few understand what those words truly mean and until “we” do everything will remain shitty and will have to deal with these “pocket constitution” reading sacks! Ya gotta give the Big O credit….if he succeeds in convincing a key contingent of voters in the right places, he’ll have the votes to get re-elected. Once that is accomplished, you can sit back and watch the fun unfold right before your eyes.Yep…he will totally destroy this country, and the House and Senate will be powerless, just like they are right now with his appointments and other shenanigans that he’s pulling off behind the scenes.

If you want to see this clown tossed aside so we can get back on track with the greatest country on the planet, do your thing and convince some losers that are leaning towards swallowing the Obama bullshit to think twice and help get this dude back on the streets of Chee-Cago where the hell he belongs…waiting for his flight to Kenya.

It should have been quite evident of his racist mindset when his Attorney General Eric Holder refused to prosecute the New Black Panther voter intimidation case in Philadelphia and his reluctance to prosecute black on white crime.Obama is a polarizing and divisive figure who pits one group of Americans against another. He is not a leader. Holder and Obama should be impeached for several violations of the Constitution.
Obama has done nothing to improve race relations. The fact is the country is now mored divided thanks to him and his administration.

With O’s experience I can’t believe he got elected in the first place. Republicans’ must be playing into his hand as well with the line-up they have. Herman Cane would have gotten my vote it O hadn’t slandered him out of the race, and I’m not black!

as we know talk usually is cheap, but this time it has cost the US alot of money.. all he wants to do is travel around the US and and send money overseas… I do believe in helping out when another country is in need, but there should be some limits with the US debt being so out of control……
I personally believe that Obama is not only using the race card but planning to establish a Liberal regime over the United States. We all see how chummy he is with Chavez in Venezuela and the Communists in China. When the Soviet Empire collapsed, they talked about how Communism will come back. Hence they found their mole, the Obamas. It is important to note though that Communism isn’t evil, Communism influenced by Asiatic nut-jobs is evil. Before you know it not only will Obama be a dictator, he will probably end up paying the Chinese Annual dues. He must be stopped or else the Maya predictions of doomsday will come true.

Obama play the race card? Of course he’s playing the race card!! What else can he do? He certainly can’t run on his record of successes, unless you consider advancing an obviously socialist/marxist agenda a success! Yes, he’s making his minions, his handlers, and his co-marxists very happy, but is that a success for the U.S.? Not at all! He must divide to conquer; that has been his strategy all along. He keeps the minority vote in his pocket (blacks, hispanics primarily) by pushing agenda items that are contrary to American law or the constitution; he keeps poor Americans in his pocket by fostering access to more and more entitlements (unemployment benefits; food stamps; etc.). Now that close to 50 percent of Americans are on some sort of subsistence, why would they not vote for the man who will insure they can keep on getting their food stamps and other government handouts? He’s a monster!
